Identifying and validating your market before you start selling is a remarkably simple step yet most business owners skip it because it requires a little discipline and a little discomfort.  If you did the math on how much this mistake costs in wasted time & effort it would blow your mind. 

 

We will go through this super-important step in detail in the workshop to help you get the most insight available on who your customers are, how they buy, why they buy, how to reach them, and more.  We will also spend some time on how to use the software to make this step less difficult and how to have fun with the process.  Don't fall into the trial & error trap, one you learn this discipline you will never approach sales and marketing the same way again. 

Week 4: Business Planning

At some point after you finish your business model creation & customer discovery you may want to seek financing, which means you will probably need to create a business plan to communicate what your business is financially capable of and how a lender or investor will get their money back from your business.  Pebble Plan is the most thorough and most educational business planning software available; if you want to know what lenders really want to see in a business plan and why we can show you.  

After talking with hundreds of lenders not a single one has said that they would prefer a traditional plan after seeing what our system produces.  We will explain why they like our process better and how you can use it to your advantage.

HOW MUCH DOES THE WORKSHOP REALLY COST?

The workshop is 100% Free! You will get 7 days free access to the pre-launch planning tools for each topic to complete the exercises for that week.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKSHOP?

Register by Jan 7th, 2024. You will receive a zoom link to the workshop before each session.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME WITH THE TOOLS?

After your free trail, you will have the option to keep your data and continue using the tools for a monthly charge of $25 per tool or $50 for all 3 per month.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE FREE TOOLS?

During the first session of each topic, participants will be given an access code for one free week.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL OF THE SESSIONS?

We recommend attending all of the sessions, especially for new businesses. If your schedule doesn't allow for all sessions, choose the subjects where you need guidance.

WHAT IF I NEED BUSINESS PLANNING HELP?

The software allows you to invite consultants, coaches or advisors of your choice to work with you.  If you need introductions to qualified help we can discuss that during Q&A
