This is the second step in the foundational planning series.  This step in the process with will help you to:

1. Identify and document how you spend your time and energy

2. Identify ways to make changes that can provide you the time needed to start & grow a business

3. Determine if you want to build the business part-time or full-time.  

 

When you submit your finished the system will email you a report showing your work on this stage.

When you are done with this stage you can go back to the first stage and rework your time & focus expectations or continue on to stage 3:  Customer & partner Discovery
